Why He Wrote Proof of God
A personal response to a cultural and spiritual concern.
Freshour wrote Proof of God because he believes too many young people are being taught that science has proven there is no God. He is concerned that students in schools and colleges may be hearing these claims while learning too little about the history of God, the Bible, faith, and their influence on America’s founding principles.
His goal is not to preach a denominational sermon. His goal is to provide a short, informative book that answers questions, presents historical facts, and encourages readers to consider why science and the Bible can be understood as compatible rather than opposing forces.
For those with faith
The book encourages believers to think more deeply about God’s creation, the Bible, and the role of faith in personal and civic life.
For those with questions
The book speaks to readers who doubt, wonder, or have been taught that belief in God no longer belongs in modern conversation.
For the next generation
The book invites younger readers to learn, question, and understand the relationship between faith, science, freedom, and responsibility.
